Genevieve's Sesame & Soy Vinaigrette
Carrot & Sesame Salad
You will need purple, gold and orange carrots, Peel and slice carrots thin keeping the purples separate.
Toss slices separately in Genevieve’s Sesame & Soy Vinaigrette. Place alternate layers of the coloured slices into a serving bowl and top with toasted sesame seeds.
Asian Dressed Vegetable Salad
Blanch cauliflower and broccoli floret’s and grill aubergine slices until cooked through.
Sauté button mushrooms and slice up some garlic chives. Toss the cooked vegetables and chives in Genevieve’s Sesame & Soy Vinaigrette.
Place alternate layers of the coloured vegetables into a serving bowl and top with toasted sesame seeds.
