Genevieve's Classic Caesar Dressing
Make croutons by baking thin ciabatta slices drizzled with good olive oil in a moderate oven until crisp. Mix a half cup Genevieve's Caesar Dressing with 2 egg yolks a squeeze lemon juice.
Place in a large mixing bowl, ripped cos leaves, sliced boiled eggs, shaved parmesan, crumbled croutons and dressing. Toss everything and place in a serving bowl. Finish with milled black pepper... tasty!
Bake pizza’s with an onion marmalade base, cooked chicken, bacon and parmesan cheese.
When cooked, top with chopped cos leaves then drizzle over Genevieve's Caesar Dressing.
Finish with a grind of black pepper.
