Genevieve's Saffron & Orange Vinaigrette
Crisp Bacon & Fig Salad
Pan-fry some good quality bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels. Make a salad with fresh, red figs, cherry tomatoes, crumbled goats cheese and basil leaves.
Drizzle with Genevieve’s Saffron & Orange Vinaigrette.
Spicy Sausage Salad
Pan-fry some spicy Spanish sausage till crisp and drain on paper towels. Make a salad with fresh rocket or cress, cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta and jumbo black olives.
Top with Genevieve’s Saffron Vinaigrette and a good grind of black pepper.
