Genevieve's Blue Cheese Dressing
Bacon & Avocado Salad
Crisp some bacon in a frying pan and drain on paper towels. Arrange salad ingredients on a plate: red seedlings, ricotta, crispy pancetta or bacon and avocado slices.
Drizzle over Genevieve's Blue Cheese Dressing. Top with a grind of black pepper.
